Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns & exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date.

• We offer a full refund for returned items with a return number, issued by us. Any damaged item will also be refunded.
• You must request an Issue of Return Number before returning or exchanging your item.
• Item must be returned in original package, unused.
• You will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

We highly recommend using a shipping service that can track your package. Category Sports is not responsible for lost shipments to us.
